L.L.C was recently named as one of New Jerseys Finest
Honoring Fifty Fastest Growing Companies. The awards
program is produced by NJBIZ, New Jerseys premiere
business news publication, and is sponsored by
PriceWaterHouse Coopers, Lowenstein Sandler, Attorney at
Law, and PNC Bank.
New Jerseys Finest awards
program honors the states 50 fastest growing companies.
The awards recognize and identify the states most
dynamic companies that have made significant
contributions to the strength of our economy.
We are thrilled NJBIZ has
selected us for this award, noted Ranjini Poddar, Artech
president. Artechs continued success is a testament to
the strength of Artechs vision, management team, and
employees.
NJBIZ and the program
sponsors will honor this years 50 winners with an awards
ceremony on Monday, September 25th at the Sheraton
Woodbridge in Iselin, NJ. Winners will be highlighted in
a special supplement to NJBIZ on October 2nd, 2006.

Companies were ranked
according to revenue growth over a three-year period;
both dollar and percentage increases were taken into
consideration. This ranking formula determines the
recognition of both the large and small companies. The
ranking of these companies will be revealed for the
first time at the awards ceremony.
To qualify, a nominee had
to meet the following criteria:

Companies must have
revenue of at least $500,000 in each of the fiscal
years ending 2003, 2004, & 2005

Companies must show
revenue growth in 2005, as compared with 2003 (a
three-year period)

Companies must be
headquartered in New Jersey
-
Companies must be
for-profit entities
-
Companies must submit
the completed nomination form and acceptable
financial supporting documents which include audited
or reviewed financial statements or tax returns.
