November 20, 2007 – Artech Information Systems was
ranked the 15th Fastest Growing South Asian Companies by
IndUS Business Journal. The category
ranks the fastest growing US-based companies with an
executive of South Asian descent serving in a senior
management position.
Artech is presided
over by Ms. Ranjini Poddar who was recognized in
2002 by the Asian American Business Development
Center (AABDC) as one of “50 Outstanding Asian
Americans in Business” and awarded the “AWIB 2001

The yearly Fastest
Growing South Asian Company list ranks companies by
their total three year growth rate between Fiscal
Year 2003 and FY 2006. Firms must have reported at
least $200,000 in revenue in 2003 and recorded
consistent year-to-year revenue growth in order to
qualify. Only firms that were willing to publicly
release revenue figures to the IndUS Business
Journal were included.
