Artech offers multiple commercial models from which our clients can choose. These models offer comfort and flexibility in an extremely cost effective manner. Some commercial models that we offer are listed below, but if required, we will be willing to restructure the model to meet client requirements.

Time and Material model
In cases where the work is better defined in terms of people (e.g. a maintenance project needing the support of 4 people full time), we offer a time and material pricing. In such a case our resources will be self managed, with a senior member of the team fulfilling the role of project manager. We will submit regular status reports and time sheets to the client for their approval.

Flexible Time and Material model
We will provide flexibility to allow for changes in the staffing level as required. This will allow our clients to maintain optimum staffing levels with provision to top up resources (or reduce resources) based on business requirements. While advance planning of resource changes is most useful in this model, we will be accommodative to sudden changes in clients business needs.

Fixed Price model
We offer firm fixed price quotes for project where the scope of work and processes have been clearly defined and agreed to in the beginning. In cases where this is not possible at the very beginning of an engagement, but we expect it to happen a short time into the engagement, we can offer an initial time and material pricing model based on mutually agreed staffing levels. However, after we have gained a reasonable understanding of the application and its framework, we will be in a better position to offer an alternative, fixed price model for specific projects where the scope of work is well established and convert the contract to a fixed price contract.
