Artech offers multiple project delivery models from which our
clients can choose. The choice of the model depends on various
factors like work requirement, cost constraints and client
preference.
Offshore Delivery
This model provides the most cost effective utilization of
resources. The offshore model can also be used successfully to
provide extended or round-the-clock coverage (using follow-the-sun
principle).
Our offshore Delivery Methodology ensures that clients get the best
value for their money.
Offsite Delivery
This model can be used to provide delivery in cases where the client
has a constraint against going offshore (due to political or
security considerations) but does not mind work being done at a
remote location. Our offsite development center in New Jersey offers
the advantage.
Onsite Delivery
This model is used to provide project delivery when the client has a
preference that all project work be done on premises. This
preference may be guided by security requirements, need for constant
participation of client personnel in project development or even
political considerations. Onsite model also works better when there
is need of frequent and constant interaction with client personnel
or where the requirements are expected to change continuously.
